What team members say
“As I was studying a Foreign Language and Intercultural Communication degree, Creative Culture sounded like the perfect place to do my internship placement. And I was right! From the start, I felt like part of the team. I was very quickly given the opportunity to manage my own projects and demonstrate my ability, all while benefiting from the expert advice and constant guidance of Mélanie and Julia. Creative Culture gave me the opportunity to grow professionally and develop a wide range of skills as I progressed from Intern to Project Manager, and then to Account Manager. The best thing about Creative Culture is that each day is different and you're constantly learning something new. What really struck with me was that each team member had a voice. Everyone can suggest ideas and have a real impact on the development of the company – which is almost unheard of at the start of your professional career. And of course, the linguistic and cultural diversity of the team made my experience even more enriching. I loved being part of the Creative Culture team. I could never have imagined that I would be able to learn and evolve as much as I did and I cannot thank Creative Culture enough for all of the opportunities and memories that this experience has afforded me.”
Estelle, Account Manager
“My experience at Creative Culture will remain essential for me because it helped me understand the business world, while also allowing me to discover a lot about myself. This was achieved through very structured training and tasks, efficient tools, and most importantly, constant feedback. What makes the company unique is the opportunity given to everyone (including interns) to suggest ideas to improve the work processes. On a personal level, the multicultural and multilingual environment is most probably the best perk I experienced at Creative Culture.”
Tania, New Business Assistant
“During my 5 months at Creative Culture, I learned much more than I could have ever hoped for. On my first day I was told that I wouldn’t be seen as an intern – I’d be seen and treated as a full-fledged employee, which meant that I’d be given a lot of responsibility and would be expected to work just as hard as everybody else. It also meant that I was given exciting tasks and my own projects to work on. My responsibilities ranged from marketing to talent and project management. However, I wasn’t left alone. I received detailed training and knew that I could always ask for help if needed.
Thanks to weekly summaries and monthly appraisals I knew exactly where I stood and how Mélanie felt about my work. These tools also have me the opportunity to share my thoughts and set the focus of my internship in the areas I enjoyed most.
However, it was not only the tasks I was given but also the people I worked with that made my time at Creative Culture a unique experience. I enjoyed every day of my internship. Even during the busiest times, we still had a lot of fun at work and outside of office hours. I am still in contact with the team and Mélanie herself and try to pop by the office to say hello every time I’m in London."
