NIKE Academy Paris

Amplifying supplier diversity impact through cultural adaptation

France (EMEA)

NIKE is a purpose-driven brand at heart. As part of its commitment to people and local communities, it has ambitious targets to drive social impact within but also outside of the organisation.

With that in mind, NIKE had been conducting an Academy programme in the US for several years, whereby they would recruit and train diverse suppliers to become more competitive when pitching for multinational organisations like NIKE and beyond. As part of their ambitions to expand their Academy programme internationally, NIKE chose Paris as the kick off market for EMEA right on time for the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games.

As a woman-owned business, Creative Culture advised on the go-to-market considerations (awareness of DE&I and supplier diversity, the challenging data and privacy restrictions), supported the supplier recruitment and onboarding process, redesigned the programme for cultural suitability, created new engagement initiatives (virtual and F2F) and delivered on the 5-month interactions.

What they say:

"I fully recommend Creative Culture and its founder, Mélanie Chevalier, to all of those who are looking for global communication and marketing projects or expert insight identification that leverages cultural differences across countries and regions. The results bring great value, on time, in a working climate of rare integrity and mutual understanding?"

Jan Liska, Global Patient Strategy Director, Sanofi
