We also take our legal obligations seriously and treat your information confidentially; if you would like our Service Level Agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement templates, your Account Manager will be happy to supply these on request.
SLA
Before we start working with you we share a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which outlines the terms and conditions of our partnership. If you would like to share your SLA with us instead, please feel free to do so. Otherwise, you can download our template here.
NDA
We understand that the information you share with us is of confidential nature. Prior to engaging with anyone, we usually sign a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA). Our connexions are also bound by an NDA signed before being added to our database. Find our NDA template available here for download.
