Quality is in our DNA
Nobody is perfect, but we like to get as close to it as we can. Our in-house team of account and project managers work tirelessly to develop bespoke frameworks and methodologies, write dedicated briefs and follow QA processes, to bring unmatched accuracy and quality to you and unearth the most relevant and exciting insights. We use extensive Quality Assurance processes and in the rare case of not getting it right, we have a clear process on how we get to the root of the problem - our Corrective and Preventive Action plan (CAPA).
Our Technology
We are flexible, and so is our use of technology. Technology should maximise time and cost efficiencies for our clients; we combine software and automation workflows for safer and faster processes as well as higher-quality outputs. Our Project Management System (PMS) allows us to do exactly that and also enables us to collaborate with our connexions and clients in a seamless way, as well as storing deliverables in a safe and central place. For our long-copy content services, we use a state-of-the-art Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tool which helps ensure consistency and cost efficiencies as we can build client-specific transcreation memories and glossaries.
