UNDERSTANDING WHERE THEY’RE COMING FROM
Building inclusivity doesn't mean the same thing to people from different countries, backgrounds and communities. Building bridges between the various cultures and groups is key to laying solid foundations for your DEI mission and initiatives. In 2021, Creative Culture conducted qualitative research for a client across 15 countries worldwide to understand the acceptability levels around the various strands of DEI to support the development of their global internal survey. The aim was to ensure the language, questions and topics covered were culturally acceptable to all and that the driving force behind their DEI strategy would be well received and contribute to more inclusivity across the organisation. Discover an extract of the acceptability index we designed, which demonstrates how with DEI, one size cannot fit all as culture and history very heavily influence perception - from what is acceptable to how the various topics should be approached from a different angle.

DIVERSITY MAPPING THROUGH CULTURE

The platform enables DEI transformation through cultural diversity mapping: by measuring the current diversity state of the workforce, the insights gathered make the employee experience more inclusive and participative, and are used to successfully implement the DEI strategy in a complex and cross-market set-up.
