Creative Culture organises first Transcreation Gathering in London

Monday 24 March 2014 – Fulham, London

The CC team organised its first ever Transcreation Gathering, attended by a group of 25 fellow transcreators, translators and copywriters from Austria, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Russia and Spain.

It was a great opportunity to interact, socialise and exchange ideas about the industry. A debate on “translation and transcreation”, during which guests and organisers were invited to share experiences and discuss the value of transcreation for brands, was followed by a group workshop where participants came up with a range of creative headlines in English for an automotive print advert.

A successful turnout and outcome, for what will hopefully become a quarterly event.
