Juliet Francis

Juliet Francis is the founder of JFPR Consulting, a consultancy specialised in cultural insights and crisis communication. 

With 20 years of communications experience across multiple sectors, shaping brand messaging and developing PR roadmaps that translate into measurable results and influence change. Juliet’s experience includes working with brands such as Deutsche Telekom, Intel and Samsung though working with WPP agencies before eventually founding her own company, JFPR Consulting. As agency founder, Juliet captures the insights of fast- moving cultural influences that shape industries and acts as the crisis communication advisor to CEO’s and COO’s of the agencies client portfolios. Enlisted as an Allbright DEI Co- Chair, Juliet drives the committee forward through creating structural workflow and co- ordinating external network engagement.
