As Managing Director, Ramona brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked her way through the ranks from Junior Project Manager to Global Head of Languages Services over the last 15 years.

Prior to joining Creative Culture, Ramona honed her skills in managing language services and operations globally at large a production and adaptation agency, leading a department of 250+ language managers and supporting numerous Fortune 500 clients to make their global campaigns a success all over the world.

Ramona’s industry experience and passion for languages are complemented by her MA in Translation, consummate project management skills thanks, in part, to her Swiss roots and approachable client service.
