A certified DEI trainer, qualified equity & inclusion champion, Sudha’s expertise lies in building robust partnerships to manage complex thought leadership and crisis projects. With three decades of experience in the DEI sector, Sudha advises and supports C-Suite of multinationals, governments, industry associations and NGOs across  multiple continents on regulatory, political and environmental challenges as well as union and civil society activism. One of her focuses is to create measurable frameworks for culture change and diversity in leadership. 

Having launched The Purpose Room in 2021, Sudha has been supporting clients on their equity & inclusion resilience journey as well as partnering with them to build a robust sustainability & ESG communications strategy as well as inclusive and equitable workplaces, with a focus on two priority countries India and the UK. Sudha is passionate about helping working women to unlock their potential. As such, a large range of her programmes are designed to support aspiring women leaders to take charge of their leadership journey.
